GasLink Consulting Solutions ("KukuDuku", "we", "us") operates the KukuDuku poultry-farm management platform, available on the web and through our mobile applications.

The iOS app is operated by Suneel Marriboina as an individual developer; its policy is at /legal/privacy. The disclosures are the same.
2. What data we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone number
- Farm operational records — production (eggs, feed), sales, invoices, expenses, inventory, batches, sheds, vaccination
- Customer and supplier records you enter — names, phone, address, credit terms
- Device information — device type, operating system version, app version
- Usage data — anonymised crash reports. No personal data is included in crash reports.
- Authentication metadata — session and login timestamps
3. What we do not collect
We do not collect your photos or media library, microphone audio, precise location, contacts, calendar, health or biometric data, advertising identifiers, or browsing history outside the app. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or farm data, and we use no advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or tracking tools of any kind.
4. Why we collect it
- To provide and maintain the KukuDuku service and your farm's records
- To authenticate your account and manage per-farm access and roles
- To generate reports and analytics for your own farm operations
- To meet statutory obligations for invoice and payment records
- To detect, investigate, and fix errors and security issues
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Google Cloud Platform (Mumbai, asia-south1) — hosting; all data is hosted in India.
- Sentry — anonymised crash reports only; no personal data is shared.
6. How long we keep your data
- Invoice and payment records — retained for the statutory period required by law (GST Act, 2017 and Income Tax Act, 1961 — up to 8 years).
- Other farm records — retained while your account is active.
- Deleted accounts — personal profile data is anonymised within 90 days.
7. Data security
All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL. Each farm's data is isolated from other farms, and access is controlled by role within a farm. Passwords are hashed and are never stored in plain text.
8. Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to request erasure (subject to statutory retention obligations), to export your farm data, and to raise a grievance.
To exercise any right, email sales@kukuduku.in. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data from within the app (Settings → Delete Account), or by emailing sales@kukuduku.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period, during which you may cancel by signing in again. Invoice and payment records will be retained for the statutory period as required by law.
10. Grievance redressal
Our Grievance Officer is Suneel Marriboina, reachable at sales@kukuduku.in. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
11. Children
KukuDuku is a business platform intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the effective date, and notify registered users in-app before any material change takes effect.
